It's an unpopular topic, but unfortunately we can't get around it either: everything is getting more expensive ☹. This trend, which already started by the corona-related supply bottlenecks and the associated price increases, has picked up even more speed over the year 2022. In the meantime, each of our suppliers has reacted with higher purchase prices, energy surcharges or changes in delivery conditions. It was therefore inevitable for us to increase one or two prices in the past. Naturally, we have tried to keep the impact on you as low as possible through adjusted purchasing, expanded warehousing and internal optimization. Every price increase was carefully weighed up and delayed as long as possible. In the meantime, however, the room for maneuver has shrunk to such an extent that we cannot avoid a comprehensive price step on many articles - because we want to continue to offer the quality and service you have come to expect. Fortunately, we are still able to maintain some prices, but others went from moderate to significantly higher. The result is an average increase of 6.5% across the entire range.
The new prices will apply from 1.12.2022. In order to make the price step a bit more tolerable, we are following another currently widespread trend: We will offer a 12% discount on all items from 11/23/2022 until Wednesday 11/30/2022. The discount will be automatically deducted in the shopping cart. This discount can not be combined with other discounts.
