Our shipping terms

General:

There is no minimum order value. Shipping is in cardboard boxes, fabrics are folded—except for rolls, of course.
Within Germany, orders with a value of EUR 70 or more are shipped free of charge with GLS or DHL (does not apply to roll shipping – see below).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days**. If you choose the "prepayment" option, your order will only be packed and shipped once we have received your payment.

Shipping status

As soon as the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email to the email address provided during the ordering process. This email will contain the package number and a link to track the package.

Special note regarding delivery instructions or permission to leave the package unattended

Please inquire about liability issues in the event of loss of the package when issuing a delivery permission or delivery instruction.

Shipping to Germany

We offer the following shipping methods:

Parcel shipping GLS - 5,95EUR
Parcel shipping DHL - 6,75EUR
Roll shipping GLS - 17,55EUR (for orders over 70EUR - 11,60EUR)
Cash on delivery DHL - 13,65EUR
Small parcel (with limited tracking) - 3,80EUR
Pickup - 0,00EUR

Small parcel

Up to a maximum total weight of 1 kg and/or a goods value of EUR 30. The order will be shipped as a small parcel with a tracking ID. With this option, only limited tracking is available. You will receive an email with the tracking ID on the day of shipment. For particularly bulky items/orders, we may have to exclude this shipping option at a later date.

After dispatch, you will receive an email including the parcel number, which you can use to track the status of your parcel. GLS delivers on weekdays from Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours. If you are unable to accept the parcel in person, it can also be delivered to a GLS parcel shop near you (except GLS cash on delivery). You can pick up the package there during opening hours. If there are any problems with delivery or if the address is unclear, GLS will contact you by phone and make up to two new delivery attempts.

After dispatch, you will receive an email including the parcel number, which you can use to track the status of your parcel. In our experience, DHL does not deliver parcels quite as quickly as GLS, but does deliver on Saturdays. If you are unable to accept the parcel in person, it will be delivered to a post office or, if necessary, to a Packstation near you. If the address is unclear (missing or incorrect information), DHL will return the package directly to us without further inquiry. Additional shipping costs will then be incurred for further shipment. For shipment to a Packstation, please include your postal ID number after your last name in the delivery address.

Roll shipping

With "roll shipping," fabrics and sheet goods are rolled up on a cardboard roll and packaged. This prevents creases and makes handling and storage easier. For orders over 70EUR, roll shipping is reduced to 11,60EUR, and shipping on rolls is carried out by GLS. Unfortunately, roll shipping via DHL is not possible, as DHL no longer offers this service. After shipping, you will receive an email with the package number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

The full invoice amount will be collected by the delivery service upon delivery of the goods. Additional cash on delivery fees will be charged to the customer and will be specified during the ordering process. For cash on delivery shipments, the package can only be handed over in person.

Pickup by customer

Free of charge
If you live in Dresden or are visiting, you can also pick up your order directly from our warehouse. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Payment for the goods can be made during the ordering process (via PayPal, credit card, etc.) or in cash upon pickup.

Unfortunately, payment by credit card or EC card is not possible. You can pick up your order Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

extremtextil ships to all countries worldwide. The shipping costs outside Germany depend on the size and weight of the order. The quickest way to find the actual shipping costs is to add the desired items and quantities to your shopping cart. Once you are logged in, you can click through the individual shipping options and view your shipping costs under "Shipping costs." Of course, this does not trigger an order.

SHIPPING TO THE EU

We offer the following shipping methods throughout the EU:

International parcel service with tracking ID

Up to a maximum total weight of 1 kg and/or a goods value of EUR 40. The order will be shipped as an international parcel with a tracking ID. With this option, only limited shipment tracking is possible. You will receive an email with the tracking ID on the day of shipment. For particularly bulky items/orders, we may have to exclude this shipping option at a later date.

Shipping is carried out by GLS or DHL. After dispatch, you will receive a parcel number by email, which you can use to track the status of your parcel.

Roll shipping

Shipping is carried out by GLS as a roll wrapped in foil. This prevents creases and facilitates handling and storage. After the goods have been shipped, you will receive an email with a parcel number, which you can use to track the status of your parcel.

VAT-free shipping to VAT ID holders

VAT is charged on shipments to EU countries unless a VAT ID is provided when placing the order. If you are a company with a valid VAT ID, you can enter it during the ordering process when entering your address. The number will be automatically checked and the VAT will be deducted at the end of the order.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU

Shipping to non-EU countries is VAT-free. Once you have entered your address in the shop, the shopping cart will show you the item and shipping prices without VAT. Depending on the country, additional import or customs clearance costs may apply, which are at your expense. We have no influence on these costs.

For orders over EUR 1000 and/or 30 kg shipping weight, shipping costs will be charged subsequently. We will calculate the cheapest shipping option and then inform you of the amount still to be paid.

Outside the EU, we offer the following shipping methods:
