Payment methods for Germany and Austria

We currently accept the following payment methods for shipping to Germany and Austria:

Prepayment (bank transfer)

The classic option.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the bank details and order number you need for the transfer. The items will be reserved for 7 days from this date.

You transfer the amount to our account in advance, quoting the order number. Once we have received your payment (usually on the next working day within Germany or Europe for transfers with IBAN), your order will be shipped.

Please note:
Payments are only possible if the 3D Secure procedure is activated for your credit card! On January 1, 2021, the revised EU Payment Services Directive PSD2 came into force, which regulates the authentication of online payments. Since this date, credit card payments can only be made using the additional 3D Secure procedure. You must activate the 3D Secure procedure with your credit card company. To avoid additional costs and effort, please ensure that the 3D Secure procedure is activated for your credit card. Only once these checks have been successfully completed will your credit card account be charged. We will receive a payment confirmation for the order and can ship the goods immediately.

When purchasing by credit card, you authorize the payment service provider "Mollie B.V." to collect the payments due for the purchase. By providing your credit card details, you confirm that you are authorized to make payments with the corresponding credit card and that it has the necessary funds.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay quickly and easily online. During the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can log in. We will receive a payment confirmation immediately after the order is placed and can ship the order right away.

SEPA direct debit via Mollie B.V.

During the payment process, you enter your bank account details (IBAN), which are transmitted to the payment service provider "Mollie B.V." using secure SSL encryption and undergo several security and plausibility checks. Only when these checks have been successfully completed will the amount be debited from your bank account. We will receive a payment confirmation for the order and can ship the goods immediately.

When purchasing by direct debit, the payment amount is immediately due for payment by direct debit from the checking account at the bank specified during the ordering process. You hereby authorize "Mollie B.V." to collect the payment due for the purchase by direct debit from your checking account. By providing your checking account details, you confirm that you are authorized to make direct debit payments from the specified checking account and that the account has sufficient funds to cover the payment. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds and that you provide the correct bank details, as otherwise Mollie B.V. or its partners will incur return booking costs or, in the event of further delays, collection costs, over which we have no influence!

Cash on delivery - Only available in Germany

For orders or shipping to Germany, we also offer shipping via cash on delivery. The full invoice amount will be collected by the supplier upon delivery of the goods. Additional cash on delivery fees will be charged and must be paid by the customer (even for free shipping).

Cash payment - only for self-collection

If you would like to collect your order directly from our premises in Dresden, you can pay for it in advance online or in cash on site.

Prepayment (bank transfer)

The classic option:

Once we have received the payment (usually the next working day for European transfers with IBAN), the order will be shipped.

Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) via Mollie B.V.

You enter your credit card details during the payment process or after confirming your order. These are transmitted to the payment service provider "Mollie B.V." using secure SSL encryption and undergo several security and plausibility checks. After successful verification, you will be redirected to the secure Mollie order page to continue the payment.
Please do not close your browser after successful payment until you have been redirected back to the shop.
