Spacer Fabrics by the meter

Whenever you want to cushion something and simple foam does not meet all your requirements, spacer fabrics are a good choice. Spacer fabrics can be very airy, elastic, stay in shape and are significantly more resistant to abrasion than normal foams - depending on the application. All spacer fabrics have in common that the cushioning properties are combined with a fabric. The outer fabric is connected to a fiber mesh or foam and thus kept at distance. Both components can have a wide variety of properties and structures.Therefore, they can be used for many applications: 3D meshes are suitable for very airy upholstery on backpacks or bags, e.g. as shoulder strap or the backside, as seat pad or even as underlays for mattresses. Laminated foams are used if the foam is to be additionally protected, e.g. for transport packaging of heavy equipment or as long-lasting protection of technical equipment.
