SHIPPING INSIDE EC
Shipping will be calculated online based on the total weight of the order. The following options will be offered:
- Uninsured shipping: For up to 1 or 2 kg (depending on country). The order will be shipped as letter or small package by DHL. We don´t get a tracking number so we can´t track the shipment.
- Insured shipping: The order will be shipped with GLS as insured parcel. After the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-Mail with the tracking-number, so that you can check the status of the shippment. In case of loss or damage of the parcel you will get a refund or replacement for the order.
Fabric can also be shipped on a role for an extra 3,10 EUR if shipped insured with GLS. Please inform us if you wish to receive your fabrics on a role.
PAYMENT - EC:
Payment is possible by "Payment in advance" or by paypal (incl. Credit-card).
Payment in advance:
1.) After you placed the order you will get an automatically generated e-mail incl. order-id.
2.) As soon as we checked if all the articles are in stock you will get another mail with exact information on availability. The articles will be reserved for 7 days from that day on.
3.) You transfer the total to the bank-account listed below. Please make sure that bank-fees go to your account and please include the order-number. The order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after we receive the payment.

If you have a paypal-account you can pay via paypal for orders of 25 EUR or more:
1.) During the checkout-process, you will be redirected to the paypal-homepage where you enter all the details for the payment. IMPORTANT: After you confirmed the payment you will be redirected to the extremtextil-homepage where you have to confrim the order once more.

SHIPPING – OUTSIDE EC
Shipping will be calculated online based on the total weight of the order. All prices and shipping-costs incl. 19% VAT/MwSt.. All extra-costs for costums are not included. The following options will be offered:
- Uninsured shipping: For up to 1 or 2 kg (depending on country). The order will be shipped as letter or small package by DHL. We don´t get a tracking code so we can´t track the shipment. The shipment is not insured, in case of loss or damage you will get no refund or replacement. By choosing this option you confirm that the risk for lost/damaged shipments goes to your account. For some bulky orders we might have to exclude this option after you ordered. Since we don´t get a confirmation that the order was shipped outside the EC we can´t deduct the VAT/MwSt.
- Insured shipping: The order will be shipped with GLS or DHL as insured parcel. After the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-Mail with the tracking-number, so that you can check the status of the shippment.
