Side release buckle with clamp buckle, 20mm, Z-Buckle

WOOJIN has designed a particularly compact, lightweight yet robust side release buckle with the Z-Buckle series. The special feature is the short design and the large wings on the sides. They ensure easy opening, even when operating with gloves.

This version has an integrated clamping buckle that prevents the strap from accidentally coming undone. This makes it perfect for lightweight gear straps, Backpacks or bikepacking bags.

This variant is designed for 20mm wide webbing. The webbing is sewn tightly at the female end while it is looped through the male part. The clamping buckle is then closed, preventing the webbing from slipping through.

The lid also has an opening through which a small zipper pendant or a thin cord up to 1.5mm in diameter can be looped. This makes it much easier to operate the clamp buckle.
