1mm thickness
Our medium thickness sheets made of polyamide (PA6) in 1mm thickness are a good middle ground for many applications. It can still be bent somewhat, but with considerably more resistance than polyethylene.
It is therefore suitable as a medium-strong, yet robust, stiffener and reinforcement on backpacks, bags and many other projects. Due to its higher strength, it is not quite as easy to work with as polyethylene: although it is easy to drill and saw, it is almost impossible to cut with a cutter or scissors. It also cannot be sewn with a sewing machine.
