lavalan®
lavalan® - the wool insulation is a washable, highly functional, sustainable insulation made from 100% natural fibers. lavalan® is perfect for many uses, from sports and outdoor activities to fashionable everyday clothing. For lavalan® insulation, fine European virgin wool is combined with corn-based Ingeo PLA. This creates a fluffy, durable insulation. The outstanding properties of wool are retained: lavalan® has a thermoregulating effect thanks to its wool content and ensures a pleasant, cozy warmth regardless of the level of activity or temperature changes. In contrast, when excessive heat is generated, it develops a cooling effect and thus prevents overheating. Wool is also able to absorb and store water vapor. This ensures a pleasant climate even during strenuous activities.
lavalan® is made from 100% renewable raw materials and is therefore biodegradable. The wool comes from European sheep. The final production takes place in Germany.
