Kevlar®/polyamide-blend, 4-way-stretch, uncoated, IBQ Goliat, 320g/sqm

This elastic combination of a smooth, robust nylon outer surface and a structured, extremely robust inner surface made of Kevlar® has been a part of our product-range for a long time - unfortunately always only as a special item in different designs and colours (but at unbeatable prices). In order to be able to offer more reliable availability, we now have the fabric as standard from the Spanish manufacturer IBQ in our range. IBQ produces exclusively in Spain and stands for functional, reliable outdoor fabrics of the top class.

Strong, bi-elastic, impregnated, uncoated blended fabric made of Kevlar®, polyamide and Lycra®. On the outside, the fabric has a slightly structured, abrasion-resistant polyamide surface, while on the inside, woven-in Kevlar® fibres form strong loops. The Kevlar® fibres are both tear-resistant and heat-resistant. This makes the fabric not only very resistant to mechanical stress such as abrasion and cuts, but also withstands high temperatures, such as those caused by friction during motorcycle or downhill falls. The Kevlar® blended fabric is particularly suitable for reinforcing clothing or equipment parts that are subject to extreme mechanical wear, such as motorcycle and skate clothing, glove inner surfaces, gaiters, ski protection, cut protection, etc.
