Fidlock HERMETIC, magnetic TPU band, Breite 44mm

Fidlock has come up with something very special for its fasteners: Hidden inside are small neodymium magnets that automatically pull together when the parts are brought together. The magnets automatically close the fasteners tightly. A slight impulse in the right direction is enough to open them. Thanks to this ingenious technology, Fidlock components are extremely easy to use - even with one hand or when wearing gloves - and yet still secure. Added to this is the elegant look and high-quality workmanship with robust, reliable materials.

Instead of the usual buckles, the Fidlock HERMETIC system uses magnetic tape, which makes it very easy to create watertight fasteners. The magnets cause the straps to attract each other and the fastener locks automatically. The HERMETIC fasteners are made of TPU and are therefore easy to weld together.

With the HERMETIC magentic band, powerful magnets are embedded in a flexible TPU band. Thanks to the magnets, the band can be opened and closed very easily and quietly. The reliable closure ensures effective protection against moisture and dust. The HERMETIC magnetic band is ideal for bags, storage bags, tents and much more. It can also be used as a practical detail on clothing and bags. It is ideal as a comfortable and silent alternative to a Velcro closure, which doesn't get stuck on the fabric. The top and bottom strips can be welded or sewn and ensure secure and clean installation. For optimum watertightness, we recommend avoiding bending radii that are too tight.

The HERMETIC magnetic band is only available in pieces of max. 1 m length. All other sizes are derived from this size. HERMETIC magnetic bands are always supplied in pairs. When ordering one meter, two one-meter pieces are supplied.
