Fibertec Textile Guard Wash-In is a fluorine-free impregnation for functional textiles.

Textile Guard Wash-In is the further development of the multiple award-winning Green Guard Wash In. An environmentally friendly, fluorine-free special impregnation with a biodegradable polyurethane active ingredient for clothing made of natural and synthetic materials. It cares for and protects high-quality functional clothing, has a strong water-repellent effect and maintains and optimises the breathability of waterproof, breathable clothing. For rain, ski and sailing clothing, softshells, gloves, etc. Textile Guard is recommended for the treatment of GORE-TEX® garments.

The impregnation only becomes effective after heat treatment. To do this, ideally place the textile in the tumble dryer at normal temperature for about 30 minutes. If a tumble dryer is not available, the textile can alternatively be ironed at level 1 (synthetic temperature) for activation.
