Fibertec Textile Guard Eco, impregnation spray-on, 500ml

Textile Guard Eco by Fibertec is a fluorine-free special impregnation for functional textiles.

Textile Guard Eco is the further development of Fibertec's multiple award-winning "Green Guard Spray On". An environmentally friendly, fluorine-free special impregnation with a biodegradable polyurethane active ingredient for clothing made of natural and synthetic materials. It cares for and protects high-quality functional clothing, has a strong water-repellent effect and maintains and optimises the breathability of waterproof, breathable clothing. For rain, ski and sailing clothing, softshells, gloves, etc. Textile Guard Eco is recommended for the treatment of GORE-TEX® garments.

Due to its excellent ecological balance and effectiveness, the product, under the previous name "Green Guard Spray On", won the OutDoor Industry Award in the category "particularly environmentally friendly and sustainable products" in 2009 and the Editor`s Choice Award of the Outdoor magazine in 2010.

The impregnation only becomes effective after heat treatment. For this purpose, the textile is ideally put in the tumble dryer at normal temperature for about 30 minutes. If a tumble dryer is not available, the textile can alternatively be ironed at level 1 (synthetic temperature) for activation.
