Tyvek, Tyvek softstructure by the meter

Softstructure Tyvek is distinguished from the hardstructure by its softer touch and the slight imprint on the surface. It has thus much more textile-like properties, is more soften and rustles less. It is often used as an alternative to generally known fabrics, e.g. for bags and pouches, as an extra, lightweight tent footprint, as bivy sack or packaging material, for decoration or even as clothing. It is very tear-resistant, breathable and waterproof to various degrees. It can be printed on and painted and is easy to cut, glue and sew. One more note: When used outdoors, the softstructure Tyvek can get dirty pretty quick - but it can be easily washed at low temperatures. And the Tyvek is getting softer by use.
