Kevlar/Panox with flame retardant coating, 360g/sqm, small piece
We added this Kevlar/Aramide and Panox blend mainly for outlets of ovenpipe in tentfabrics. Kevlar is well known for being strong and heatresistant, Panox is an oxidized, thermally stabilized fiber that will not burn, melt, soften or drip. With permanent flame retardent, alupigmented silicone coating that protect the fabric from UV-radiation and makes it waterproof. Ideal for all applications where a high flame- and sparkresistance is required.
A small piece has the size of 0,5m x 0,5m.

We recommend micro-serrated scissors when cutting fabrics with Kevlar. Scissors with normal cutting blades cut this material poorly and quickly become blunt.
