Zipper Aquaguard 3VT Teeth YKK
Aquaguard stands for highly water-repellent and windproof zippers from YKK, which can be used for rainwear, Softshells or bags. These teeth zippers have a matt PU-coating on the outside of the tape.
This coating protects the zipper from moisture and makes it almost watertight. This minimizes covering and saves weight and volume in the equipment. The narrow 3VT version with its approx. 4.5 mm wide teeth rail, it is suitable for applications with lower stress and tensile force, e.g. ventilation openings, small jacket pockets or for ultralight sewing projects. We offer the Aquaguard 3VT teeth zippers on as separating variants (for e.g. jacket zippers) or as non-separating zippers (for e.g. pockets).
