TPU-valve, two-way, weldable

Versatile and functional TPU valve for inflatable sleeping pads and seat cushions, as well as a wide variety of other inflatables. As a two-way valve with a check valve function, it allows for both quick inflation and easy deflation. Inside, an integrated seal ensures that no air escapes unintentionally during inflation. To deflate, this seal can simply be folded inward. Thanks to the large opening, a high air flow rate is achieved, enabling very short inflation and deflation times. The additional cap protects the valve from dirt.

The generously sized base plate allows for secure attachment-either by heat-sealing or gluing. The valve can be easily heat-sealed to TPU-coated fabrics or TPU films using a standard iron. For gluing, we recommend Seam Grip+WP. Additionally, the cap features a small opening to which a cord or zipper pull can be attached to facilitate operation.
