A mechanical latching mechanism automatically locks the fasteners tightly. A slight impulse in the right direction is enough to open them. Thanks to this ingenious technology, Fidlock buckles are extremely easy to use - even with one hand or when wearing gloves - and still secure. The SNAP series includes the most versatile fasteners from Fidlock and ranges from small, inconspicuous fasteners in size S to extra-sturdy workhorses in size L. There are models for riveting, screwing on and off, sewing on, with strap attachments or with tube clamps. All SNAP fasteners consist of a MALE part and a FEMALE counterpart in sizes S, M or L. Depending on the intended use, parts of one size can be combined with each other. Each part must be ordered separately.

The SNAP MALE SCREW LOW, size L, is a male counterpart to many of Fidlock's female SNAP fasteners in size L. The SNAP MALE SCREW consists of 2 parts and is secured by screwing the counterplate with an internal thread. The LOW version is suitable for materials such as fabrics, straps, tarpaulins, or sheet materials with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm.
