Fidlock has come up with something very special for its fasteners: Small neodymium magnets are hidden inside, which automatically click together when the parts are brought together. A mechanical latching mechanism automatically locks the fasteners tightly. A slight impulse in the right direction is enough to open them. Thanks to this ingenious technology, Fidlock buckles are extremely easy to use - even with one hand or when wearing gloves - and still secure. With the SNAP BUCKLEs, Fidlock's innovative SNAP technology has been integrated into the quick-release buckle. The result is a flat buckle with which webbing in widths from 15mm to 30mm can be conveniently opened and closed. To open, they are moved sideways. To close, one part is pushed towards the counterpart from the front and the magnets inside the buckles click together automatically.

The SNAP BUCKLE 15 for 15mm wide webbing is opened by sliding it sideways. To close, it is sufficient to push the two halves of the fastener towards each other. They snap together automatically thanks to the internal magnet and are held firmly together by a mechanical latch that clicks into place. The female side has two bars for threading and adjusting the webbing, while the male side has one bar which the webbing is looped around and then sewn in place.
