Ripstop-Nylon, downproof, w. kisscoating, ultralight, 7den, 22g/sqm

It's almost impossible to get, but we did it: Super-Ultra-lightweigt, soft 7 denier-ripstop-nylon. Still very durable and tear-resistant for its weight. Perfect for super-ultralight sleeping bags, insulated jackets, vests or hats or for windshirts.

For optimal performance we decided to stock one slightly coated and one uncoated version of this super-ultralight 7 denier fabric. This version has a very thin extra coating, a so called kisscoating, to optimize if for the use with very fine insulations like down or Primaloft. It makes sure that absolutely nothing can penetrate the fabric. It is so thin that it almost doesn't affect the weight and doesn't change the touch and other technical properties. So it is  perfect for ultralight sleeping bags, insulation garment and alike. Although it is a very thin fabric it is still surprisingly durable. Nevertheless it should be handled with care during processing and final use.
