Polyester/cotton blend, 65/35, waxed, 200g/sqm

Proven blend of polyester and cotton with additional wax impregnation. The fabric ingeniously combines the advantages of natural and synthetic fibres: Due to the cotton, the fabric is soft. It also ensures good wearing comfort and feels very pleasant even when worn directly on the skin. Due to the high percentage of polyester, the fabric is nevertheless abrasion-resistant, absorbs little moisture and dries quickly. The dense taffeta weave makes the fabric almost windproof. A thin wax impregnation provides very good water repellency when new, but does not make the fabric waterproof. The wax washes out over time and the fabric becomes softer. The wax can be applied again later.
