UltraStretch™, 6.6 Nylon with UHMW-PE Ripstop, 4-way stretch, 186g/sqm
UltraStretch™ from Challenge Sailcloth is a lightweight, very durable and tear-resistant nylon fabric. But above all, it is elastic. It has a good 4-way stretch. Very durable and stable fibres are used for the UltraStretch™. The base fabric is an abrasion-resistant nylon 6.6 with lycra that is additionally reinforced with a ripstop made of Ultra™ UHMW-PE fibre. It also offers a beautiful look, with both sides being able to be used as an outer. UltraStretch™ is perfect for elastic pockets on ultra-light bags and backpacks.
