Daily Rolltop backpack made of X-Pac with cotton
Fine minimal design from X-Pac with cotton outside (X-Pac X11, backpack-laminate with cotton, Cotton-duck, 390g/sqm)

Daily Rolltop
Sturdy backpack with plenty of space for daily use. The backpack has a large compartment plus a small inner pocket and laptop compartment. I made a very simple basic cut (see photos) and derived the other parts from it. Everything actually worked out quite well. The backpack is in daily use and the owner is very happy with it.
Problem/challenges:
- sewing the 3D mesh and 2 layers of outer material together was a bit difficult. The space under the presser foot was only just enough.
- the laptop bag had no velcro at first, so everything always fell into the laptop bag.
- At first I had sewn the whole backpack out of one material. The back of the shoulder straps got soaking wet every time I wore it, so I unstitched everything again and put in a new back piece with 3D mesh fabric
