That we can properly hit the bags full on the Jordan bike tour, I have "ironed" 2 additional front rollers. Used for this was the 210den nylon, TPU-coated on one side in orange and for the sides black nylon, TPU-coated with 450g / sqm. During the making, this little guide to TPU processing was created.
To stabilize the back, a 2mm thick polyamide plate is screwed inside.
Since then, the two bags are regularly in use and roll....
