The fine-meshed mosquito nets have a mesh density of more than 100 meshes per square centimeter. Even the smallest insects are held with these fine meshes.

They are particularly suitable for travel in northern regions, since in cooler climates significantly smaller insects occur. Small insects such as black flies, mosquitoes, sandflies or ants, which can be find worldwide, can only be kept away with dense meshes. However, fine-meshed nets are not a universal solution because very little air can circulate through the dense meshes.
