Dacron, woven polyester sailcloth 170 MT, 170g/sqm, 2nd choice

Original Dacron for our kite-, sail- and windsurf-costumers. The woven Dacron surf polyester sailcloth 170 MT by Dimension Polyant is made out of tightly woven polyester yarns and is treated by a melamine based impregnation. This gives the fabric the typical properties for Dacron: Very high tear-resistance and abrasion resistance Very good bias stability outstanding durability long working life very good UV-stability no waterabsorption low stretch, even when wet fast drying stiff touch

The construction and finish gives the fabric the Dacron-typical stiff touch and makes the fabric windproof, but not waterproof.
