D-Ring and Rings, D-Rings

The shape of the D-ring is best explained by its name: on one side straight, on the other side half-round - like a large D. The D-ring is therefore very well suited for use with webbing, especially if the connection should be a little flexible, or for connections between webbing and cord. On the straight side, the D-ring with webbing can be easily attached and fixed. The webbing, braid or cord looped through the round side still can be moved and fastened in different directions.
