Silver reflective film for heat transfer application. This thin, reflective film can be easily applied to a wide range of fabrics with a heat press or iron. This highly elastic version stays elastic even after application on very elastic jersey fabrics. The thin, reflective layer is very durable, machine washable and complies with the standard EN20471 and Oeko tex. Suitable for cotton, polyester, polyamide, blended fabrics, softshell, jersey and other higly elastic fabrics. For unelastic or only slightly elastic fabrics we offer our Reflective film, silver, iron-on, elastic, EN20471.

Handling information
Durability and application varies from the base fabric that you use it on. Please test before the final use!
The reflective film has two protective films. One strong film on the reflective side and one, thin blueish film on the adhesive side.
Instructions
1.) Cut the film to the required size. Cut with scissors or from the adhesive rear side with a very sharp knife.2.) Remove the blueish protective film from the adhesive side. Since this protective film is very thin, this might be a bit tricky. A piece of adhesive tape attached on the corner of the film might work as a handle to peel off the protective film.3.) Place the adhesive side on the fabric. Heat press or iron the film at 165°C to 175°C for 15 to 20sec. using appr. 2,5kg/cm² pressure. The pressure can also be applied directly after ironing with a pressure roll or a similar tool.4.) Let the film cool, if possible with additional pressure.5.) Peel off the 2nd protective film.

Care instruction:
Machine washable on unelastic fabrics at up to 60°C, on elastic fabrics at up to 40°C. Low temperatures and not spinning improves the livespan of the product. Dry cleaning at max 30°C, the foil might stiffen when dry cleaned repeatedly. Industrial dry cleaning is not recommended.
