Gear Aid Aquasure EP Epoxy Repair Putty
The Gear Aid Aquasure EP Epoxy Repair Putty is a practical putty consisting of 2-component epoxy resin, which is ideal for repairing holes, cavities and scratches on various sports equipment such as surfboards, kiteboards, kayaks and canoes. The epoxy adheres reliably to various materials, including fiberglass, wood, concrete, glass, metal, carbon and most plastics (except non-polar polyolefins such as polyethylene).
The putty is versatile and can be used in both dry and wet environments as well as under water. After a curing time of 60 minutes, the repaired material can be sanded, drilled, sawn or painted. A detailed instruction manual with processing instructions is included in the packaging. The resealable packaging enables practical storage.

Application
Surfaces must be clean and dry. Loose material must be removed. Use gloves. Cut off the desired amount of epoxy compound and mix until a uniform color is achieved. Process within 3 minutes and carry out the repair.
Drying time
The putty can be worked for 3 minutes, cured after 20 minutes and can be sanded, drilled and painted after 60 minutes
