Evazote is a closed-cell foam, that is often used for insulating mattresses (the good ones, not the cheap PE-mats). It is also perfect for padding rucksacks, bags, knee pads or as a tent carpet in winter. Evazote is durable, does not flatten out even after repeated, prolonged use, is non-slip, elastic and has very good insulating properties. Should not be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
