The fabric is leftover stock from a European manufacturer's production, so we can offer it at a low price.
Sturdy nylon 6.6 with a thin PU coating on the inside. The material was originally produced for ski airbags. The fabric is therefore weight-optimised, with a focus on very high stability and tear resistance, which it achieves through a so-called 'twin cross ripstop'. The fabric feels slightly stiffer and more 'board-like' than other nylons with a PU coating.
