... with Duraflex repair and replacement buckles, broken buckles can be repaired easily and in many ways. As is usually the case with repairs, there are a few things to bear in mind.
- Duraflex repair buckles have a slot in the web for easy replacement of sewn buckles. This means that the fastening loop does not have to be unravelled and resewn. Ideal for quick repairs - even on the move. Duraflex sells these buckles under "Quick attach".
- Duraflex replacement buckles are individual sides ("male" or "female" or MALE and FEMALE) of the very widely used Duraflex Stealth buckles. More information on compatibility can be found with the individual articles.
- IMPORTANT: If only one side of a flash buckle is to be replaced, the counterpart must be from the same manufacturer from the same series. For the current new repair and replacement buckles, these are the Stealth buckles from Duraflex, as these are the most common buckles.
- The Gatekeeper buckles with Wiregate closure are a similar quick replacement option like the slotted Quick Attach buckles. However, they are also ideal if the oval ring or ladder buckle needs to be opened regularly.
