EtaProof 300, waterproof cotton, 300g/sqm

An all-weather fabric made from natural fibers - waterproof, very breathable, densely woven cotton with a durable water repellency. The EtaProof 300 is a heavier and stronger version with a little higher water column for reinforcements or parts that are prone to more mechanical stress. The high-quality 100% cotton-material doesn't need a coating or a membrane so it's naturally breathable. Due to its very fine fibres, an enoumously dense plain weave and a high-quality impregnation it's 100% windproof and sheds water and snow for app. 2hours. For longer waterproofness some parts of the garment (shoulders, knees etc.) can be sewn with double layers. EtaProof is durable, easy to care and easy to sew: Seamsealing is unnecessary - use a cotton/polyester-corespun yarn like Rasant and a slim needle to sew. The swelling cotton prevents water from leaking through.
