EtaProof 240 BIO / Ventile® L19 ORG, weatherproof cotton, 240g/sqm

EtaProof BIO / Ventile® ORG offers natural weather protection with unrivaled comfort. EtaProof BIO / Ventile® ORG is made of 100% finest, uncoated, PFC-free impregnated cotton in GOTS-certified organic quality. Using selected, extra-long staple cotton fibers, an elaborate manufacturing process is used to produce a maximum-density fabric, which is finished with a high-performance, long-lasting impregnation. EtaProof BIO / Ventile® ORG is therefore 100% windproof and protects against rain and snow. The cotton swells slightly when it rains and thus becomes even denser. As no coating or membrane impedes water vapor transport, the climate in the garment remains very comfortable in all situations. It is therefore suitable for comfortable all-weather clothing that does not rustle much and can be used all year round in everyday life and for outdoor activities. Thanks to the use of the highest quality cotton, EtaProof BIO / Ventile® ORG is very durable and robust and ideally suited for frequently used clothing.

The different thicknesses allow the application to be optimized for the individual purpose. This 240g version EtaProof 240 BIO / Ventile® L19 ORG is a versatile but also robust variant. EtaProof 240 BIO / Ventile® L19 ORG is suitable for applications where a stronger grip or greater stability is required. It is ideal for reinforcing shoulder or seat areas on jackets and parkas or as a bag and rucksack material. If greater waterproofness is required, it can be doubled with EtaProof 170 / Ventile® L34 or EtaProof 200 / Ventile® L24. Areas that are exposed to a lot of abrasion can be reinforced with a nylon fabric.

A PFC-free impregnation is used for all EtaProof and Ventile® variants.

For applications where weather protection is not so important, we offer EtaDry / Ventile® Dry.
