Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days starting from the day you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier takes the merchandise into possession.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us (extremtextil e.K., prop. Martin Gaebert, Seitenstr. 3, 01097 Dresden, Germany, Tel. +49 351-86274 63, kontakt@extremtextil.de) with your explicit declaration to cancel the contract in question (e.g. by letter or email). In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to inform us before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

Should you cancel the contract in question, we are committed to refund all payments made, including shipping costs (but excluding additional costs incurred by selecting a different type of delivery than the most cost-effective standard shipping method offered by us), immediately and within 14 days at the latest, starting from the day we receive your cancellation notice. Unless otherwise explicitly requested, we will refund to the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any extra fees resulting from the refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that these have been shipped, depending on whatever occurs first.

The goods have to be sent or returned personally without delay and within 14 days at the latest, starting from the day we receive your cancellation notice. The period is considered as adhered to if you send off the merchandise before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs for returning the merchandise if you return goods from outside of Germany.

You only need to cover the costs for potential depreciation of the goods if the depreciation in question results from any other handling as to what is necessary to ascertain the nature, features and functionality of the goods.

(2) The Right of cancellation does not apply to goods which are not prefabricated as well as to goods which are an individual selection or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
