Buttonhole webbing, slotted webbing, recycled Nylon, 20mm

This buttonhole webbing made of recycled nylon was developed for technical applications. The woven-in slots allow hooks, tapes and cords to be hooked in securely. The asymmetrical design of the tape, with one wide and one narrow side, makes it easy to work with and use.

The main use is in the manufacture of chest straps or sternum systems for rucksacks, ideal in combination with Bunny clips or T-Bars. The wide side is sewn into the strap, while the narrow side is hooked into the counterpart. The height of the chest strap can be quickly and easily adjusted thanks to the regular slots. Unlike conventional systems, the selected position remains reliably fixed and cannot be accidentally adjusted.

The strap is also ideal for other adjustment and fastening systems on outdoor equipment, sports bags or wherever a stable and flexible suspension is needed.

For a secure finish, we recommend a firm fixing with a straight stitch along the edges. In places with high loads, it should be additionally secured with a zigzag stitch.
