This soft velours-fabric is optimised for the use with hook-tapes. You can easily attach and detach a hooktape on the soft side of the fabric. It is far softer than the regular velcro-loop-tapes. But therefore it has less stability and is for applications where not too many open-and-closing cycles will occur.

Also ideal for soft linings. Slightly four-way-stretch.
