Cuben fiber is an extremely lightweight sailfabric for your MYOG projects. At similar properties like silnylon according strength and waterresistance it only weights 25 g/qm. Its easy to sew,UV-resistant, doesn't soak up water, isn't as noisy as other spinnacker cloths, resistant to saltwater and doesn't stretch. For glueing and reinforcements you can use the Cuben-Tape.
